As a Sideline Teams user, you have access to an integration with Salesforce. However, this feature can now be unlocked for anyone using the free version! We know that many of you use Sideline as your business number, so we'd like to help improve efficiency by allowing the ability to log all your sales leads!

A few details to note beforehand:
- You must subscribe to unlock this feature OR be part of a Teams account on Sideline iOS v2.9.1 or higher
- The integration will only work with Salesforce Lightning Professional, Lightning Enterprise, and Lightning Unlimited
- The Sideline integration will NOT work with Salesforce IQ CRM Start
Connecting Salesforce and Sideline
Once you're ready to set up the Salesforce integration, you'll need to connect your Salesforce and Sideline accounts. In your Sideline Settings, tap on the Salesforce section (if you've never logged in, or have logged out, it will display Not logged in).
From here, you'll be redirected to the Salesforce login page. Login to begin the integration.
When you return to Sideline, you can review the Salesforce contacts by tapping on the address book icon along the toolbar in your Sideline inbox.
Search for contacts in your address book OR Salesforce contacts synced after logging into your Salesforce account. If you begin typing a name, you'll find all relatable results (personal & Salesforce contacts).
After any inbound or outbound call with a Salesforce contact, you will be presented with the opportunity to log important elements of the call, which will integrate with your leads in Salesforce.

- Log will also display the duration of the call

TERMS – The required Sideline Subscription and all other in-app purchases are automatically billed monthly or annually to your iTunes Account and auto-renew, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Payments will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. You can turn off auto-renew or manage subscriptions in your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
*Data and Internet connectivity are still required for general functionality. “Using your carrier network,” makes call quality more reliable than calls over VoIP or Wi-Fi.
