Remember, to port your number out, you must either:
- Be a current Sideline Pro/Remove Ads bundle subscriber
- Or pay the one-time fee to unlock the number
- Have originally ported your number into Sideline
Please also be aware that porting your number out means you will no longer have an active Sideline phone number. If you'd like to continue using the service, you will need to choose from our pool of available phone numbers after the transfer is complete.
Additionally, keep in mind that porting a phone number may take 3-5 business days to complete!
Once you're ready to port out your number, enter your Settings and scroll to find your Number Porting section
You'll then find the option to Port-Out your number
When you've chosen to Transfer Out, you'll be provided with your:
- Sideline Assigned Phone Number (Phone number available for transfer)
- Account Number
If you have not already subscribed to unlock the number, you will see a screen that displays the following:
Once you've agreed to this, your information will appear
You will need your Account Number and PIN to provide to the carrier/service you're taking your number to.
