We will send out reminders to the email used when creating your account, and also via text message if we notice your Sideline assigned phone number is nearing expiration.
To prevent your number from expiring, all you have to do is send a message or place a call at least once every 30 days.
We also offer Reserve Number which can be unlocked for a small fee to prevent your number from expiring, even if you haven't used in within the last 30 days.
If your number expired despite sending a message or placing a call in the last 30 days, please let us know and we'd be happy to look into this for you. Please include your Sideline number and password so we can verify your ownership.
If your number was correctly expired, next time you enter the app, you will be asked to choose a new phone number. If your number is still available, it will be found at the top of the list of available phone numbers.
